One week out
- Finalize league settings and scoring.
- Confirm the roster and everyone's availability.
- Send the date, time, and join instructions.
Day of
- 1
Update the app
Install the latest build so everyone's on the same version. - 2
Test the HUD & audio
Mirror to the TV and play a sound cue. - 3
Do a dry run
Simulate a few picks to confirm the clock and board behave.
